• If you are buying either a new or an existing house, I will rebate 25% of my comission to you, at close of escrow for using my services. I can work with you to get pre-approved financing and will not attempt to talk anyone into a house or a loan program that I do not believe is a good financial decision.
• If you are selling your house, I will list your house for a lesser rate and aggressively market it through mailers, open houses, newspaper ads and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
• If you are relocating within California, and use my services to sell your existing home and buy your new home, your combined benefit will likely be several thousand dollars or more.
